                                                        CONCLUSION                                                              
                        For the foregoing reasons and those set forth in the Answer, giving due weight                          
                to Appellant’ arguments, we determine that the preponderance of evidence weighs in                              
                favor of the Examiner’s rejection of claims 1, 4, 6-18, 21 and 22 under § 103 and the                           
                rejection of claim 23 under § 112, first paragraph.  The rejection of claims 3, 5, 19 and                       
                23 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed.                                                                        
                        The rejection of claim 23 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph is affirmed.                           
                The rejection of claims 1, 4, 6-18, 21 and 22 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is affirmed.
