Jöst as modified by Marton would have “an annular zone” including a plurality of
perforations meeting the requirements of claim 8 on appeal. The examiner’s rejection of
claim 8 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103(a), therefore, is sustained.
The decision of the examiner is accordingly affirmed-in-part.
