While Appellants make a conclusory statement that the results are commensurate in scope with the claims, they clearly are not. Having considered all the evidence of record in this appeal, we conclude that the totality of the evidence supports a legal conclusion of obviousness under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a). CONCLUSION In summary, we affirm the Examiner’s decision to reject claims 1-13, 15, and 16 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a). No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a)(1)(iv) (effective Sep. 13, 2004; 69 Fed. Reg. 49960 (Aug. 12, 2004); 1286 Off.
