                                          DECISION ON APPEAL                                                 
                   This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection (mailed March 5,         
            2004) of claims 1 to 25, 28, 29, 31 to 34, 36 and 37.  Claims 26 and 27, which are all of        
            the other claims pending in this application, have been allowed.2                                


            We REVERSE.
