plan at will or executing only a portion of a training session at any point in the
courseware depending on the need indicating that the selection of the lesson plans or
training modules is left up to the student and not done automatically (col. 4, lines 50 to
58).
In view of the foregoing, we will not sustain the examiner's rejection of claim 6
under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e).
The decision of the examiner is reversed.
