Conclusion
The rejection of claims 1, 2, 7, 8, 10 and 11 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being
anticipated by Fahy is reversed.
The rejection of claims 1, 2, 4-8, 10, 11, 13-17, 29 and 34-36 under 35 U.S.C. §
103 as being unpatentable over the combined teachings of Fahy, Scow, Umbreit and
Pierpaoli is reversed.
The rejection of claims 25-28 and 30-33 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
unpatentable over the combined teachings of Fahy, Scow, Umbreit and Pierpaoli is
affirmed.
