Appeal No. 2006-0012 Application No. 10/061,338 compositions for bleaching human keratin fibers (human hair). See the specification, pages 1 and 4. These compositions include at least one peroxygenated salt, at least one nonionic amphiphilic and/or anionic amphiphilic polymer comprising at least one fatty chain, and at least one polydecene in a medium suitable for bleaching. See the specification, page 4. The claimed nonionic and anionic amphiphilic polymers can be selected from the appellants’ vast disclosure of nonionic and anionic amphiphilic polymers. See the specification, pages 5-11, relating to exemplified, but not limited to, thousands of nonionic and anionic amphiphilic polymers. The claimed polydecenes are said to be described in “the CTFA Dictionary 7th edition (1997) of the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association, USA, and also to the same INCI name in the USA and in Europe.” See the specification, page 11. They are said to be “sold under the name Silkflow® 366 NF Polydecene by the company Amoco Chemical.”2 Id.
