Decision on Appeal This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the decision of the examiner finally rejecting claims 9 through 17 and 19 through 27, all of the claims in the application. Claims 9, 10, 16, 19, 20 and 26 illustrates appellants’ invention of a composition comprising at least the specified sago starch and water, and are representative of the claims on appeal: 9. A composition comprising a sago starch having a water fluidity of from about 40 to about 80 and water. 10. The composition of claim 9 having at least about the same gel strength as a composition comprising 30% more of a comparable WF corn starch. 16.
