                        In summary, we sustain the examiner’s rejections of claims 1 through 11,                      
                 13, 15 through 18 and 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.  However, we will not sustain                        
                 the examiner’s rejection of claims 12, 14 and 19 under 35 U.S.C. §103. The                           
                 decision of the examiner is affirmed-in-part.                                                        
                        No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this                       
                 appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
