                                                        Decision on Appeal                                                           
                       This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the decision of the examiner finally                             
               rejecting claims 19 through 30, all of the claims in the application.                                                 
                       Claims 19 and 26 illustrate appellants’ invention of a label, and is representative of the                    
               claims on appeal:                                                                                                     
                       19.  A label, comprising in the order given:                                                                  
                       a backing layer;                                                                                              
                       a first adhesive layer comprising a heat activatable adhesive; and                                            
                       a second adhesive layer other than a hot melt adhesive layer, comprising an elastomeric                       
               microsphere adhesive.                                                                                                 
                       26.  A label comprising:                                                                                      
                       a backing layer having first and second major side;
