Claim 11 stands rejected under the second paragraph of 35 U.S.C. § 112 as being indefinite. This claim is also rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 101 as being directed to non-statutory subject matter. Finally, claims 1 through 11, all claims on appeal, stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103. As evidence of obvious- ness, the examiner relies upon Kelly in view of Deitel, further in view of the Computer Dictionary.
