DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 14 to 21,
which are all of the claims pending in this application. Claims 1 to 13 and 22 to 36 have
been cancelled.
The appellant's invention relates to a cushioning conversion machine for
producing a dunnage product from sheet-like stock material (specification, p. 1). A copy
of the claims under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's brief.
