DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 13-23,
all of the pending claims remaining in appellants’ application.
The claims on appeal are directed to a coated glass article. Claim 13, which is
one of two independent claims, is illustrative of the subject matter encompassed by the
