DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellant originally appealed from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-30.
As indicated on page 4 of the answer (mailed April 20, 2004), the examiner has
withdrawn the rejection of claims 13-29. Accordingly, only claims 1-12 and 30 are
involved in this appeal.
We REVERSE and enter a new ground of rejection.
