Conclusion
The rejection of claims 1-4, 7, 8, 10-20, 22 and 23 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over combination of Gager, Federspiel and Marrazzo is affirmed. The rejection of
claims 9, 21 and 24 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the combination of
Gager, Federspiel, Marrazzo and Simon is also affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be
extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
