unloading of the battery which is important. Therefore, we find
that Takizawa teaches the claimed detecting of the mounting and
removal of batteries.
In summary, we have sustained each of the examiner’s
rejections of the claims on appeal. Therefore, the decision of
the examiner rejecting claims 1-42 is affirmed.
