The following rejections of the examiner are sustained:
The rejection of claim 7 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as being
indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which
the appellant regards as the invention.
The rejection of claims 1, 2, 5 and 6 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
unpatentable over Misaresh in view of Hoshi.
The rejection of claims 3 and 4 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable
over Misaresh in view of Hoshi and further in view of Fraser.
