DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 1 through 7. Claims 20 through 32, the only
other claims remaining in the application, stand allowed. Claims
8 through 19 have been cancelled.
Appellant’s invention relates to a device for adjusting the
position of a cutting edge of an insert secured to the body of a
