For the reasons discussed, supra, one of ordinary skill in the art would recognize that this claimed language conveys that the group (or oxygen atom in the form of an ether function) is bonded to the carbon atom of the double bond. In view of the above, we therefore reverse the 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph rejection. III. Conclusion Each of the rejections is reversed. REVERSED THOMAS A.
