              1.  Claims 1-3, 6, 7, 12-16, 19, 20, 28-30, 33, 34, and 39            
         stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable              
         over Takagi in view of Lee and further in view of Kuchta.                  
              2.  Claims 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, 31, 32, 35,            
         36, and 38 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being                
         unpatentable over Takagi in view of Lee, Kuchta, and further in            
         view of Kagle.
