DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 15 through 22.
The disclosed invention relates to a resource management system in which a
plurality of servers are grouped into interconnected regional servers and local servers,
and all of the servers are accessible via a user computer.
Claim 15 is the only independent claim on appeal, and it reads as follows:
