C ONCLUSION
To summarize, (1) the rejection of claims 1-8 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is
sustained, (2) the rejection of claim 8 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph is not
sustained, and (3) the rejections of claims 1-8 under the judicially-created doctrine of
obviousness-type d ouble patenting is sustained.
