DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. §134(a) of the final rejection of claims 1
through 3, 5 through 19 and 21 through 36 claims 4 and 20 have been identified by the examiner
as containing allowable subject matter. For the reasons stated infra we affirm in part the
examiner’s rejection of these claims.
Invention
The invention relates to a system for generating a fault tolerant torque sensor signal. See
page 1 of appellant’s specification. Claims 1 and 36 are representative of the invention and
