                      The obviousness rejection of claims 14, 15 and 17 through 20 is likewise reversed                          
               because the teachings of Lynch fail to cure the noted shortcoming in the teachings of Kennedy,                    
               Goheen and Berger.                                                                                                
                                                          DECISION                                                               
                      The decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1 through 3, 5, 7 through 15 and 17                          
               through 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed.
