administrator, as shown in Figure 8O. Abraham, page 41, lines 26-30. As such,
we find that Abraham discloses all of the elements of claim 23. The only
difference between Abraham and the claimed interface is that the list of data
elements displayed in Abraham contains data elements relating to a security policy
instead of a privacy policy. For the same reasons provided above in the discussion
of claim 1, we find that this difference is not a patentable distinction over the prior
art. Accordingly, we sustain the examiner’s rejection of claim 23 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103(a).
