DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's refusal to allow claims 1-29, which are all of the claims pending in this application. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 134. BACKGROUND Appellants' invention relates to a preformed composition comprising at least one sulfur-containing polymer, an electrically conductive filler and a curing agent and a method of sealing an aperture with such a composition. The composition shields EMI/RFI radiation.
