This is a decision on an appeal from the Primary Examiner’s final
rejection of claims 34 through 50 and 52 through 54. The only other claims
pending in this application are claims 1 through 33, and these claims stand
withdrawn from further consideration by the Examiner as directed to a non-
elected invention (Br. 2). We have jurisdiction pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 134.
