DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s rejection of claims 16, 17, and 21-27. Claims 1, 2, 6, 7, and 9-15 are
allowed [brief, page 1].
The disclosed invention pertains to a dynamic security system that
includes a security device attachable to a user. The device is associated with the
user while attached to the user, but such association is automatically
discontinued by expunging stored data about the user when the device is
