               Conclusion                                                                                                       
                      With respect to all the claims on appeal, the Examiner has failed to make a prima                         
               facie case of unpatentability under § 103.  There is no teaching or suggestion to utilize                        
               labeled PNA probes in the manner claimed.  Thus, we reverse the decision of the                                  
               Examiner.
