With respect to the dependent claims, the Examiner does not identify how the teachings
of Parulski, Miyadera, or Kikuchi remedy the deficiency in Nishimura (and Official Notice).
Therefore, we cannot sustain the rejection of the dependent claims 2-6, 8-13, and 15-24.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, we have reversed the rejection of claims 1-24 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
