California Food and Agricultural Code Section 32515

CA Food & Agri Code § 32515 (2017)  

“Pasteurized” means that the milk or milk product has been subjected to a process which is described in Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 34001) of this part, or other process which has been demonstrated to be equally efficient and has been approved by the director.
