California Food and Agricultural Code Section 36861

CA Food & Agri Code § 36861 (2017)  

Ice cream is a food that complies with Section 135.110 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Ice cream shall contain not more than 75,000 bacteria per gram.
