California Food and Agricultural Code Section 39822

CA Food & Agri Code § 39822 (2017)  

UHT dairy spread shall contain not less than 30 percent milk fat and not more than six-tenths of 1 percent stabilizer and emulsifier combined by weight, unless otherwise stated on the label.
