California Food and Agricultural Code Section 55072

CA Food & Agri Code § 55072 (2017)  

Organizations certifying rice shall keep accurate books, accounts, and records of all activities relating to certification. The records shall be preserved for a period of three years and shall be submitted for inspection at any reasonable time upon written demand of the commission.
