California Food and Agricultural Code Section 74532

CA Food & Agri Code § 74532 (2017)  

“Market research” means any investigation, development, analysis, or implementation of information relating to the marketing of wine and wine-related products, including, but not limited to, trade practices, consumer trends, promotion, sales, and advertising.
