California Food and Agricultural Code ARTICLE 1 - Appointment

• Section 2301.
  A county veterinarian may be appointed by the board of supervisors whenever the public welfare demands the services of such veterinarian.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch.
• Section 2302.
  The veterinarian shall serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
