California Food and Agricultural Code CHAPTER 1 - Definitions

• Section 3801.
  Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in this chapter govern the construction of this part.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
• Section 3802.
  “Association” means a district agricultural association which is formed pursuant to this chapter.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
