California Food and Agricultural Code ARTICLE 1 - Definitions

• Section 9501.
  Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in this article govern the construction of this chapter.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
• Section 9502.
  “Animal,” “livestock,” or “domestic animal,” includes poultry.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
• Section 9503.
  “Poultry” includes all domesticated fowl and any wild fowl or bird which is reduced to captivity.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
