This article applies to and establishes the Mendocino County Municipal Court District, which shall embrace the entire County of Mendocino, and shall supersede the Anderson, Arena, Long Valley, Round Valley, and Ten Mile Judicial Districts and the Mount San Hedrin Municipal Court District.
