Facilities for the court shall be maintained in the City of Napa, the City of Saint Helena, the City of Calistoga, and in such other locations within the County of Napa as are designated by the board of supervisors pursuant to the provisions of Section 71342. The court shall hold sessions at each facility as business requires.
