California Government Code CHAPTER 2 - Classification

• Section 34100.
  Cities are classified as provided in this chapter.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 624.)
• Section 34101.
  Cities organized under a charter shall be “chartered cities.”(Repealed and added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 624.)
• Section 34102.
  Cities organized under the general law shall be “general law cities.”(Repealed and added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 624.)
