Unless the provision or the context otherwise requires, the definitions set forth in this article govern the construction of this chapter.(Amended by Stats. 1967, Ch.

“Authority” means a surplus property authority created pursuant to this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 1227.)

“Person” includes any individual, firm, copartnership, association, corporation, trust, business trust or receiver or trustee or conservator for any thereof.(Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 1227.)
