California Health and Safety Code Section 12092

CA Health & Safety Code § 12092 (2017)  

Any person who violates any of the requirements prescribed by regulation adopted pursuant to Section 12081 or 12151 shall be assessed a civil penalty of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation.
