California Insurance Code ARTICLE 1 - Definitions

• Section 11630.
  As used in this chapter, the term “compensation” means the benefits insured by workers’ compensation insurance.(Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 373.)
• Section 11631.
  As used in this chapter, the term “insurer” includes the State Compensation Insurance Fund.(Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.)
