Subject to Section 26029.6, the existence of the authority may be terminated at any time by the Legislature. Upon dissolution of the authority, the title to all properties owned by it shall, subject to the interests of any participating parties therein, vest in and become the property of the State of California and shall not inure to the benefit of any private party.
