California Public Resources Code Section 36201

CA Pub Res Code § 36201 (2017)  

The California Ocean Resources Management Program consists of all of the following:

(a) The Ocean Resources Task Force.

(b) The California Ocean Resources Advisory Committee.

(c) The report and plan prepared and adopted pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 36500).
