California Public Resources Code ARTICLE 1 - Title and Definitions

• Section 70000.
  This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Clean Glass Recycling Act of 1990.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 879, Sec. 2.)
• Section 70001.
  “Beverage or food container” means packaging of finished products which contain food or drink items for retail sale.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 879, Sec. 2.)
