California Public Resources Code CHAPTER 2 - Definitions

• Section 71053.
  “Advisory committee” means the Environmental Data Management Advisory Committee established pursuant to Section 71064.(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1112, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1995.)
• Section 71054.
  “Agency” means the California Environmental Protection Agency.(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1112, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1995.)
• Section 71055.
  “Secretary” means the Secretary for Environmental Protection.(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1112, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1995.)
