California Public Resources Code CHAPTER 1 - Definitions

• Section 4001.
  Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in this chapter govern the construction of this division.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1144.)
• Section 4002.
  “Board” means the State Board of Forestry and Fire Protection.(Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 972, Sec. 16. Effective January 1, 1999.)
• Section 4003.
  “Department” means the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.(Amended by Stats. 1988, Ch. 160, Sec. 150.)
• Section 4004.
  “Director” means the Director of Forestry and Fire Protection.(Amended by Stats. 1988, Ch. 160, Sec. 151.)
