California Public Utilities Code ARTICLE 1 - Definitions

• Section 90000.
  This part shall be known and cited as the “San Diego County Transit District Act of 1965.”(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 2039.)
• Section 90001.
  Unless the context otherwise requires, the provisions of this article govern the construction of this part.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 2039.)
• Section 90002.
  “District” means the San Diego County Transit District.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 2039.)
